My Top Ten Posts of 2023

Marsh 1Once again, as the old year passes and the new year beckons, it is my custom to look back at my most viewed posts of the year. I started this blog in 2009 and 2022 was our best year for both views and visits. This year wasn’t quite as good, but we still had 63,922 views and 50,310 visitors. I thank everybody that came by.

I began this blog as mostly theology and a place to post my writings and sermons. But early on I started posting pictures and recipes of my food. All of those can also be found at my cooking blog “Rick’s Recipes.”

This year’s most visited posts reflect the diversity of my postings. There are two book reviews, two sermons, four recipes, and two posts about cooking and cookbooks.

So, here are the top ten most viewed posts of 2023:

“All My Knotted-Up Life: A Memoir” by Beth Moore

“Enough” by Cassidy Hutchinson

“Hearing the Word of God from Unexpected Voices”

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup with Orzo (Avgolemono Soup)

Rick’s Kung Pao Chicken with Snow Peas

Rick’s German Pancake (Dutch Baby)

Slow Cooker Chinese Short Ribs

“Thy Kingdom Come!” A Sermon for Christ the King (Reign of Christ) Sunday
